CaseFlow is a Relativity application that automatically transitions your cases to the different lifecycle stages. CaseFlow runs on your Relativity Server and/or RelativityOne instance. It continuously monitors user activity to determine the proper workspace state to set.
Relativity cases should go through the proper stages of the Relativity Data Management lifecycle. Most of the administrative attention is focused on loading documents for review. Managing storage becomes a time-consuming administrative task. CaseFlow can automatically monitor and move workspaces to their appropriate storage. This not only saves a large amount of time but also has the potential to drastically reduce costs.
